Membership
Persons, firms, companies (including multinational companies) and corporate bodies (including sector corporations, banks, insurance etc.) engaged in trade, industry or any other kind of business are eligible for membership of the Khulna Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCI).
FOREIGN COMPANIES: Foreign Companies, Corporate Bodies operating in Bangladesh shall also be eligible for membership of the Khulna Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP: Every candidate for membership shall sign and deliver the prescribed form to the Secretary, duly proposed by a member and seconded by another, of the class to which the candidate wants to be admitted with admission fee and annual subscription.
The KCCI authority holds the right to admit or decline a candidate for admission as a Member as they may think fit.
Interested businessmen intending to get Membership of Khulna Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCI) may collect Membership Application Form from the KCCI website (www.khulnachamberbd.com). Prior to submit the Application Form, BDT. 50/- (Fifty only)BTD has to be deposited in favour of KCCI to Accounts Officer in Cash. Application must be written in the letterhead pad of respective interested organization to the Secretary of KCCI.
Applicant will be duly informed about the membership confirmation by the KCCI Secretariat.
List of Attached Documents
The following documents should be enclosed with the Application Form:
- Copy of Trade Licence
- Copy of Updated TIN Certificate (Original to be produced for Authentication)
- Copy of Bank Statement
- Copy of Partnership Deed of Registration Certificate and Photocopy of National ID & individual Updated TIN Certificate (applicable for partnership organization)
- Copy of Memorandum & Articles of Association (applicable for limited Company)
- Photocopy of National ID & individual Updated TIN Certificate of nominated Director (applicable for limited Company)
- Copy of Certificate of Incorporation (applicable for limited Company)
- Recently taken Passport size photograph (2 copies)
- Copy of Visiting/Business Card of the Proprietor
- Copy of National Identity Card
- Others: VAT, IRC, ERC, Joint Venture Agreement, Copy of Passport for foreign nationals, copy of BoI permission paper, copy of work permit
N.B: The photocopy of all documents must be signed by the applicants with the seal of concerned organization and original copy of all documents must be shown. Any alternation of Application or overwriting or using of fluid will not be granted.
